Dear Neighbors,
Please be advised that for the next three to four weeks, our construction managers will be completing waterproofing and roofing work on the Townhouse buildings (212 – 216 East 16th Street). The waterproofing substance may produce a slight odor that could be noticeable to in the vicinity of the construction site. This work will be completed as expeditiously as possible. Presently, the project is on track to achieve enclosure of the townhouse buildings by the fall, at which point construction will transition to a largely interior project for the remaining 12 months.
