  • Construction work hours will remain the same outside of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Friday, and 9 AM – 5 PM on Saturday

  • Continued brick enclosure on south and north elevations (anticipated completion by late December, weather permitting)

  • Installation of roof decking and waterproofing on the northern section of the roof (anticipated completion by late December)

  • Installation of waterproofing membrane along Townhouse main roof (anticipated completion by late December)

  • Core drilling and installation of perimeter guardrails around Townhouse roof (anticipated completion mid-December)

  • Installation of metal panel system with acoustical noise-mitigating properties around rooftop mechanical equipment (work scheduled to start next week, 2-3 weeks to complete)

  • Installation of south elevation curtain wall glass at bay windows (windows are expected to arrive onsite in early December, 3-4 week installation process)

  • Installation of terracotta on north elevation façade (completion by mid-December)

  • Installation of north façade historical windows (completion by late December; will coincide with the removal of the north-facing scaffold)

  • Townhouse utility installations, including gas/water/sewer connections from 16th Street into the building. Please note: utility installations at grade can be disruptive to the street and sidewalk in front of the Townhouse buildings; start and completion dates will be governed by the utility companies, and permits are in the process of being filed with the city. We will update neighbors as to when this work will take place once dates are confirmed.
