The following is a detailed schedule of construction activity on the Townhouse buildings (212-216 East 16th Street) between January 29 and March 31, 2019:
Construction work hours will remain the same: 7 AM – 6 PM on Monday – Friday, and 9 AM – 5 PM on Saturday
Installation of glass in the south elevation windows to close in the back of the building
Installation of north façade replica windows and glass to close in the north side of the building
Continued interior architectural work: walls/sheetrock/doors/light fixtures
Ceiling framing and grid work
Exterior demolition of north elevation steel brace frame in front of Hunter Hall
Commencement of roof metals installation (standing seam metal roofing) at north side of the building
Roof pavers
Interior intumescent painting
Mechanical inspections
Removal of north elevation scaffold in front of Townhouses and Hunter Hall after brick repair
Removal of 16th Street sidewalk shed in front of the Townhouses will start in late March and continue into April
Reworking of 16th Street lane closure in preparation to start front yard work will start in late March and continue into April
