The following is a schedule of construction activity on the Townhouse buildings (212-216 East 16th Street) and a portion of Hunter Hall (222 East 15th Street) for June 5 - July 3.

INTERIOR WORK
Ongoing maintenance of temporary light and power

Please note that a compact mobile hydraulic crane, arriving and operating on a flatbed truck, is planned be onsite at the end of June/early July for the delivery of steel in order to install structural bracing for the Townhouse buildings’ façades. This operation is expected to be completed in under 3 weeks. The precise arrival date for the mobile hydraulic crane is still being finalized and will be update our neighbors with further details as they become available.
